Complaints Policy

Warranty and liability for defects

Goods are covered by the statutory liability for defects for 24 months from receipt. The warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear or defects caused by improper handling.

How to file a complaint

File a complaint by e-mail at info@commerce-pilot-b.shop.194.163.182.63.nip.io — state the order number, describe the defect and attach a photo. We will promptly send instructions for returning the goods.

We will resolve the complaint within 30 days of receipt at the latest. We will keep you informed by e-mail.

Refunds

In the case of a justified complaint, at your choice we will replace or repair the goods, or refund the purchase price to the account from which the order was paid.

Disputes

The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) is competent for out-of-court dispute resolution.
